When you decide that you want to manage your stress instead of allowing it to run you ragged, that is when a healthy psychological mind functioning can become a lifestyle. If there is something you would like to experience more off, then do your best to forget everything you have been told about stress, pessimism, depression and where those unhappy feelings came from. Make every effort not to recall how serious it was to suffer emotional discomfort and how difficult this seem to overcome. Also forget about all the attempts you have made before and those you failed to reach with approaches that promised results but did not deliver. Do your best not to read this page in blind faith. All treatments described here will be strengthened through stress busting steps, deliberate letting-go of past obstacles for reaching desired and positive individual outcomes. While making necessary life changes at pace that feels safe, comfortable in a supportive therapeutic environment and practise of minimal stress busting techniques between sessions your confidence improves exponentially. Is it not disappointing, that in our modern times, with ever increasing technological advancement people find themselves more stressed then ever before? Instead of technology serving humanity, we seem to have become its servants. piling on ourselves endless unreasonable physical, mental and emotional demands. If we feel unable to keep up with conditions or are stressed out, we might as well forgive ourselves if in a relatively short time we have forgotten how to relax properly. Effective stress management requires a little time, self-understanding and acceptance. But, even severe stress can be managed without lengthy psychological theories. In the past you might have dealt effectively with above average stress than you give credit yourself for. You probably coped with very stressful situations without appreciating yourself this. but management of stress is more effective then positive mental attitude because it can become like designing your own lifestyle as a second nature to you. My stress management sessions holistically lead to successful conclusion of treatment that can be measured, quantified, qualified and implemented immediately as your very own healthy internal functioning. Mastering busting habitual negative stress patterns can be integrated in your everyday life is relevant in context, location and age. When stress is managed it can feel as if magical while you learn to stop beneath consciousness limiting self-talk that sabotages your life. Learning to mange stress tends to release a person from the grip of pessimism and empowering conscious skills for moving away from the pain of the past or dread of the future. In fact when faced with any challenge (positive or negative) our stress levels will alter as a result of our brain releasing appropriate neurotransmitters. For example, when in danger or feeling fear our brains will release adrenalin that triggers the 'Fight or Flight' reaction. After physical exercise, laughing, positive thinking or just feeling good the brain will produce endorphins which have been known to induce euphoria. The greater the stress the more severe the symptoms will be experienced physically, mentally and emotionally. It is a well documented fact that many illnesses and diseases are a direct reaction to prolonged, sever or sudden stress. The previous sentence does not imply that all illnesses, disease or personal distress is due to stress. An therapeutic approach will have to be personalised. PLEASE NOTE: a.) Addiction problems will resolve better to talking therapies. b.) For stop smoking and weight loss, hypnotherapy is considered very effective providing that there are no underlying personal issue that hold these habits forcefully in place. When you want to give up smoking or lose weight, it is imperative that you first to address the reasons behind the habit before that habit will give way. Come to think of it, this applies to other problems or addictions too (gambling, drinking or substance abuse). |
