Therapies offered here are about you learning healthy psychological functioning for happiness.

  •        Try to forget everything you have been told about unhappiness, pessimism and depression, where these feelings come from, how serious they are and how difficult they are to overcome.

  •        Try to forget about the attempts you have made that failed and all approaches that promise results but did not deliver.

  •        Try not to read these words with blind faith and use common sense to evaluate what you see.

  •        Though, by the time you finish reading this, probably you will feel more hopeful that you can discover the principals of happiness, success and relaxation for yourself.

My approach is different from what you have been exposed to before. You will be encouraged not to let past obstacles to get in the way of the help you deserve, just keep in mind that if what you have  learned already was the answer you were looking for, you wouldn’t be reading this page today. You would be out there and enjoying your life.

The information here and in sessions will enable you to understand sufficiently some issues that apply to you or mental health. With building on styles you may be familiar with, you can take to heart the information presented and could start feeling better right away, since treatment requires little effort for managing even sever stress by learning to understand yourself more on an intuitive level with the gentle effort you put into practice. I don’t offer fancy techniques or sophisticated psychological theories to instruct you by. What is offered will be simple, common-sense and profound understanding of your own mental health in action.

Happiness that works and can be measured, quantified, qualified and implemented immediately. I see people who have been unhappy and very depressed for as many years as they can recall, yet they walk away from my office feeling better than they can ever remember. The good feeling you tap into will stay with you.

I am a stress-management consultant and teach people about their internal functioning, what makes them tick and what makes them fall apart. This applies to almost everyone I worked with. I often receive referrals from around the country made by clients who successfully liberate themselves from limiting experiences. People can learn fairly easily about the habitual processes that contributed to their own misery and the many ways they used unintentionally with their minds talk words that sabotage their lives. In sessions they quickly find a natural and effortless way to break away from the grips of pessimism and unhappiness.

My approach, is based on the principles of Mind’s Psychology and you can extrapolate them intuitively in ways that are geared towards freeing you from past unhappiness or dread of the future. 

Many professionals and laypeople after careful observation came to believe that treatment for unhappiness with conventional therapy can make matters worse. This is not saying that there are no excellent, well-qualified therapists practising traditionally, because there most certainly they are many. However inadvertently fuelled their already depressed state, clients are directed to get in touch with their most negative feelings and analyse the past in order to transcend their present situations. To be asked to study, if not relive painful childhoods or just recent past to better understand the psychological damage that was inflicted on them, invariably and for many people this tends to make their situation worst.

Still the problem with some traditional therapies is that every time a new trauma is uncovered, clients must start over again in effect because there are always sessions designed to get to the bottom of additional issues and explore negative feelings that go along with recounting them and that entails more negative feelings to explore. Conventional therapist may insist that unless one deals head-on with negative experiences and unconscious drives, they will be miserable forever. It could be true for a very small number of people who seek relief from stress. Keeping in mind thought, that when you are deciding which therapy makes sense to you, if you have had treatment for an extended period of time and are still unhappy.

  •        Will more of the same really help you?

  •        Going deep into your pain or suffering, is it really helping you reach a source of pleasure?

  •        Is getting in touch with negativity really makes you feel less negative?

  •  

Does this mean that conventional therapy is useless? Most definitely not! But for most people there is no need to use a hydraulic hammer to crack a nut. For some individuals  with sever problems however, only conventional and heavy duty therapy provides the desired outcome. People with suicidal thoughts also need close observation that might mean conventional therapy in some form or another.

Success in every therapy depends on a skilled therapist who is vibrant and able to pass along at least some of their own happiness habit patterns to clients and that ability can make most approaches useful indeed. A striking observations many have in a session with Mind Psychology consultants, is that they are happy people in themselves. Because, unless a person is happy, it is very difficult if not impossible for them to teach someone else to be happy. Can an unhappy person caught up in personal problems teach an already unhappy other person to feel better? 

I am grateful to be able to say that I am a happy person indeed and this special feeling I bring to life in sessions, hopefully you will allow yourself to explore happiness as you work with me.

The greatest affliction affecting mankind, isn’t serious mental illness, but a general under current uneasiness and unhappiness so prevalent in society. Indeed many lost touch with the mystery and magic that surrounds us and that is the first step for living fully and simply feeling better.

  •        do you frequently experiences of ‘the blues’,

  •        do you experience an ongoing sadness,

  •        do you have a pessimistic outlook,

  •        do you frequently have feelings of deep unhappiness and internal misery,

  •        do you have a lack of gratitude about the gift of daily life,

  •        or are you an individual who wants to feel better as you outgrow an earlier situation,

YOU CAN BE HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT - There are thousands of happiness principles in self-help books and many benefits can be experienced by people acquiring them. Usually people want to learn in person more about how to get themselves out of lower states of mind that pessimistic folks find themselves in. This is not saying that self-help books are of no use, on the contrary but using books may get people caught up with cover to cover practice without identifying just the bits that are relevant to them or become more concerns to do the exercises right.

My approach to treatment for happiness can help virtually anyone improve their mental outlook in some substantial way and quality of life. However, stress-management should not be used with sever problems in lieu of professional and/or medical treatment. If you suffer from exceptionally serious depression, have suicidal urges or other mental illness, seek your GP’s guidance before booking an appointment or attempt to rid yourself of negative feelings on your own for issues that took you over. When you wish to replace sadness with feelings of gratitude, happiness and love it will make a difference to you when your GP is also supportive of you and treatment you identified for yourself.

My experience is that there is a growing number of GPs are happy to co-operate with their patient and complementary medicine practitioners they approach. 

I can show you how to access a place within yourself where ‘feeling good’ already exists, as well as how to detect the mental processes that take you away from that place. I have never met a person who didn’t feel better after using some of the simple approaches they learn in sessions with me. Once you learn how you created unhappiness with your own thinking, you are best placed to learn how to stop unwanted patterns, you will be far more hesitant continuing or returning to destructive psychological tendencies you may have had.

As you read these words do it with an open mind and a curious heart. Don’t discount things as too simplistic until you have had an honest chance to practise what you can learn and assess how you feel. Reading with common sense will guide you to remember that your goal is to be happier and I believe you will be pleasantly surprised how good you can learn to feel as wells as learning to feel good again.
