ÿ   SOME PROCEDURES IN HYPNOTHERAPY ARE CALLED:

  •        Age regression (AR),

  •        Past life regression (PLR),

  •        Reincarnation

  •        Future life progression (FLP)

  •

These are outstanding therapeutic applications that have restorative merits for our human mind, body and emotions. However, therapy is not performed as seen on TV which is for entertainment. Still  the only worthy sensation ever experienced in my practice is improvement in your life. The therapeutic systems I employ are safely applied, well tested and free from unpleasant or traumatic encounters.

ÿ   Age or time regression

This is like journeying back in time to an earlier period in this life, excellent for accessing past hurt and releasing the pain producing memories. Therapy aims are liberating past trauma and in so doing the present improves. In treatment, remembered events are be observed safely and reaching desired resolutions without struggling  painfully with  too deeply rooted memories when these can be accessed for healing. Some people have conscious and spontaneous flash-backs to past events or memories and when past hurts loom, fear can be overwhelming. Being aware of the past with its hurt is one thing, facing them alone is quite another when strong emotions are also present. It is a brave person  who admits being afraid or in need of help, but fear need not stop the bravest amongst us from resolving or handling past situations with support.

ÿ   PAST LIFE REGRESSION - (PLR)

Time or life regression - Like a journey to earlier periods in this life or before this one. Some say this is a metaphorical journey, others believe it is real. From a therapeutic perception however, only the improvement of an individuals life quality really counts.

Regression is excellent for journeying back in time and healing past experiences. Regression may assist those seeking help because painful or difficult life circumstances, experiences and/or situations are holding them back. Some may have current traumas imported from the past, but that is too painful or too deeply rooted to be accessed for the purpose of healing by any other means. Many tap spontaneously into the past but without awareness of anything other than their felt hurt. Then, regression is a very effective therapy module.

Past life regression is beneficially used in exceptional circumstances only.

ÿ   REINCARNATION THERAPY (Future Life Progression - FLP)

Or time progression - A journey to an advanced period in the future. Some have no recall of being happy, safe, successful because of painful or too deeply rooted trauma and their situation cannot be healed in an other way. People may spontaneously progress or glimpse a better future, but are unaware of anything other than a hurtful yearning to be in that future time.

Reincarnation (progression) is outstanding for making a journey, visualising what the future could offer or how it would feel being safe, happy and successful. After focusing on a future period, incorporating these insights into the present is very rewarding. Rehearsing life enhancement in a safe environment helps create desired motivation before reaching the projected time so goals become part of life experience. Because the human mind does not differentiate between past, present and future or between something that has actually happened or powerfully imagined, I use these states to enable clients reach their chosen healing goals.

ÿ   Frequently Asked Questions

Q - Can I regress to a life before this one or progress to a future life?
A - Perhaps, when it is useful to your life now! These approaches must be applied with care and as means that leads to resolution in current situations with a focus on now. When regressing to a life before this one or progressing to a future life if your mind finds it acceptable, then it will permit investigation for therapeutic ends only.

Q - Does it make a difference which type of regression is applied in therapy ?
A - Yes! and No! You can transform the way you relate to your past, present and future by releasing fears, pain and hurt. As you become stronger and more confident, you are able to turn even the most hurtful events into golden opportunities for creating the life patterns you will love to live.

Q - Is that not just common sense ?
A - Well...! Absolutely yes
...
your life is happening here and now. So living life to the full, having pleasure in your everyday experiences, spontaneously and as an authentic human being is liberating.

The past cannot be changed now, anymore than you can sort out present difficulties in the future. Regression and progression can strengthen self-understanding and set us free from limiting memories. In a safe environment viewing desired future opportunities in our minds eye the selected future aspirations, capabilities and awareness’s can be imported, rehearsed and explored with the mind in many life situations. By visualising and imagining how you would be is empowering to your decision making now and lead to a better future. When the future time comes, being prepared before getting there, for coming life circumstances and meeting those improves confidence but without fear evoking emotions.

Q - So is there any point in using these therapeutic forms?
A -
Not beyond uncovering the origins of personal difficulties, viewing how well a problem can be resolved and selecting skills that would be useful for our future. This can give confidence to sort out difficult or painful life situations and to incorporate perceptions into the present so when the future arrives we are equipped to enjoy that time of life.

Q - Can a therapist tell what happened to me in the past life or what will happen to me in the future?
A -
No, no and no. These are therapeutic processes, not fortune telling.

Q - Will I remember my past life or be aware what will happen in my future one?
A -
Benefiting from therapy will occur only as you remember things that are essential and by so doing you gain new awareness which will assist your recall ability. Then, as you grow more confident, feel relaxed and comfortable with yourself, that enables you to incorporate into your everyday life the benefits learned in your sessions.

Q - Will I recall all of my past lives and be aware what will happen in all of my future lives?
A -
Fortunately you could recall as much or as little as it is essential for your life now. In therapy the focus is on significant and realistic improvements your life now, then the past becomes just that... PAST!

Q - Are there any dangers?
A - None whatsoever...
As long as you consult with a hypnotherapist who is experienced and has sufficiently extensive training with regression and progression. Fifteen years in full time therapeutic practice would qualify for this role.

Q - Is there a guarantee that I will regress to a past life and progress to a future one?
A - None whatsoever...
Your mind will you only allow you to regress or progress when it benefits and improves your circumstances now. When your mind does not allow such a process, appreciate its wisdom for protecting your whole self from information that is irrelevant to you now.

It is a waste of time, money and effort trying to improve the past or future because the present passes by. If emphasis is on resolving the present this will offer a happier life experience and without regrets of missed life opportunities. Your life is now and what you do now will make a big difference how your future is shaping up as well as how you relate with the past. Click here to also read the at a glance page.
