Meditation, self-hypnosis and mindfulness

 

Learning to meditate is not complicated or requiring memorising many dos and donts. Meditation is a self-help technique to quieten the mind to overcome personal challenges, self-empowerment, improving well-being, healing, develop talents and motivation ourselves. Use of meditation techniques is limited by imagination only. A person can meditate alone and/or with others.
